Kids Play! 6 lessons



  • Laugh
Kids have a superpowered ability to find happiness. They can laugh at the most ‘mundane’ of things. Get silly, be silly. Laughing is a great workout: toning your heart and muscles in your belly & face. Be pretty ‘silly’


  • Present
The big buzz “mindfulness’: kids do it intuitively. They live each and every moment to the fullest. Not harboring on old, or over-hypothesising into the future. Be now: it’ll reduce stress


  • Play
Yeah: just move with the feeling you want. Fire up your emotions


  •  Nap
Play hard rest hard. It’ll boost your alertness through the day


  • Hug
Be a human. Connect. It’s healthy!


  • Eat when you want
Follow your natural hunger cues. Just make sure it’s nutritious. Basically: does it come from the ‘ground’: ie. unprocessed!
